Shipping Cost

Packages are shipped via regular postal service. Shipping fees may vary depending on the product type, quantity, weight, and destination. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time and Tracking

Orders are usually shipped every two weeks, and there may be a notice at the top of the page with information about the next shipping date.

The estimated shipping time begins once the package is in the hands of the postal service. You will receive an email once this happens. Please check your spam folder and add us to your contact list to ensure you don’t miss any order updates.

The estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout; however, this is only an estimate. Actual delivery times may be shorter or longer, and can be affected by holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For tracked shipping methods, a tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped. You will be able to track your package until it reaches your country’s postal service with the code provided, after which you may contact your local postal service for further updates.

If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped in the current shipping cycle, it will automatically be scheduled for shipment in the following cycle.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, packages may sometimes be delayed or lost in transit. If your package has not arrived 2 weeks after the maximum estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will assist you in contacting the shipping provider, but please note that we are not responsible for any delays or losses once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
For further assistance, we recommend that you also contact your local postal service or courier directly for updates.

Customs and Import Duties

Shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s postal or customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that any customs duties or import taxes incurred are your responsibility. If your package is held by customs, please contact your local postal service or customs authority to complete the clearance process and address any applicable fees. We are not responsible for any costs related to customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds

We consider all sales final. However, if a product is returned to us in its original condition, you may be eligible for a refund of the product price. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable, and shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately with your full name, order number, and the correct address. If the change incurs additional shipping fees, you will be responsible for covering them before we can ship the package.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to address issues, you may choose to have it resent by paying a new shipping fee based on the corrected destination.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Additionally, if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

We ensure that all products are in proper condition before packaging. However, please note:

– Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

– Measurements may vary slightly due to manual handling or production tolerance.

We also offer B-Grade products at a discounted price. These items may have minor defects such as scratches, slight bends, or print imperfections. By purchasing items from this category, you acknowledge and accept that the item may contain small manufacturing flaws. These imperfections are not valid reasons for return or refund.
